Step Into Employment Programme

       

The Step Into Employment Programme (SIEP) is an employability programme for 16-65 year olds who are not in employment, education or training. 

It is individually tailored to each participant needs to overcome barriers to employment and progress to sustainable employment, further education or training. 

The programme, which is part funded by the European Union and the Department for the Economy and aims to assist 400 participants between April 2018 and March 2023.

  • Help with CVs, applications, and interviews
  • Bespoke Personal Development Plan
  • Continued support following participation on the programme.

 

Eligibility:

  • Between 16-65 years of age
  • Not in Employment, Education or Training
  • Not participating on any other ESF programme
