Maximise Employment Programme

The Maximise Employment programme is an Employability and Numeracy Training programme for 16-64 year olds who are not in employment, education or training. Participants will be supported in gaining and sustaining employment. It is individually tailored to each participant needs to overcome barriers to employment and progress to sustainable employment, further education or training. 

Services available include

• CV building
• Free job specific training courses
• Interview skills
• Wrap around support.

Free courses are also available to increase confidence with numberswhether it’s supporting your child with their homework or money management, we have a range of courses on offer.

The programme, which is part funded by the Uk Prosperity Fund and aims to assist 1200 participants over the next 2 years.
